This simple regimen performed a severe weight loss in a short period of time and used to help me start burning fat without going bankrupt, like a keto diet or a protein menu.

- Kefir (normal freshness, low-fat dairy products make no sense, they only disperse appetite) - 500 ml per day;
- Mineral water (can be free of gas), which is great for avoiding constipation and swelling;
- buckwheat and barley (a packet);
- Cheese (optional, cheese can be used instead).

Menu 11 days:
wake:a glass of water and a slice of lemon (warm look);
breakfast:Eggs and buckwheat, tea/coffee cooked in a water bath at night;
Lunch, 1.5-2 hours later: apples and mineral water;
dinner:Palvka cooked in a water bath at night, vegetable salad (vegetable salad) (you can season with olive oil or sour cream), any b/sugar drink;
Afternoon snacks:Eggs in any form, 1/2 tomatoes or cucumbers, mineral water;
dinner:Buckwheat (you can add onions + carrots to olive or linseed oil, as well as swag drinks;
Dinner and dinner:Up to 500 ml of kefir.
In dietThere is no meat, maybe that's why it's called a budget.But we get protein from eggs - cheap and very rich and useful substances.Additionally, the cereals - buckwheat and pearl barley, contain many minerals and vitamins, which help to be more elastic and to have a smooth and gentle purified gut.
